Products Description

It is a type of re-dispersible emulsion powder copolymerized with VAC/E formed after centrifugal sparying and drying. It dissolves in water easily and quickly forms emulsion. Its chemical properties is the same as original emulsion completely. As the external wall of heat preservation to bond the mortar powder for special uses,it has many advantages, such as simple ingredients, easy uses, low costs and stable performance.

Properties
Re-dispersible emulsion powder is the powder form of a special emulsion (macromolecul-ar polymers) after spraying and drying. It dissolves in water easily and quickly and forms emulsion, the same with the original emulsion. The membrane will form after the moisture is evaporated; this kind of membrane possesses high flexibility, good climate resistance and high adhesive to various substrates.

 

Uses
This product is made from special materials by spraying and drying after the special treatment with organic silicon. One of the features is well dispersible in cement mortar. It can react with hydroxyl in the mortar and form a kind of organic silicon resin net, because the hydrophobic radicals in the organic silicon reduces the activity in the surface of mortar, which interdicts the moisture immerging, but the single molecule of water vapor can still pass through the structures and therefore solidified mortar can keep the feature of breathing. The whole chemical reaction between the organic silicon and mortar forms a strong chemical bond which makes the process get a very well endurable feature.

Features
1. It has excellent resistance to saponification performance, especially suit for using with inorganic adhesives, such as cement, lime ,gypsum and plaster, or as a ingredient to mond.
2. Soft emulsion powder, dispersed in water to increase the adhesion between mortar and its substrates and improve the mechanic property and manageability of mortar. And it is no effect for mobility, thixotropy and water-holding capacity for the materials.
3. It has perfect compatibility to achieve the special performance mortar additives, and improve the mechanic property and construction of mortar.

Store it in a cool,dry place below 30℃

Valid period
360 days. Exceeding valid period,if the products have not lumped and can still be used.
